At Bella Beds, we believe online shopping should be straightforward. No hidden fees or unexpected surprises at checkout.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over £500.

For orders under £500, our very reasonable delivery costs are already included in the product price you see on each product page. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout. If you’ve applied a discount, your price will only go down, never up. Please keep this in mind when comparing prices elsewhere.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK only.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier. Each product page clearly states the estimated delivery time so please check this before placing your order.

Most items are delivered within 2–5 days, but larger or bulkier items requiring a two-person delivery team may take up to 14 days.

Order Processing & Tracking

We partner with a wide range of trusted suppliers and aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

If tracking information is available for your order, we’ll share it with you so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Some bespoke or made-to-order products may take longer to deliver, often several weeks. Where this applies, you’ll find clear details on the relevant product page.
